Booking and cancellation conditions
Rental terms
To rent an accommodation unit or a pitch, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made by e-mail, phone or directly on our web site.
To confirm the reservation a payment in advance will be requested in the amount of ca. 30% of the total amount along with the booking fee. Payment terms and conditions are sent after booking. Upon the receipt of the deposit, the confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the guests.
Quick links
Arrival behind schedules must be announced to BiVillage Holiday Centre as soon as possible and however, as for the anticipated departures, the booked period must be fully paid.
Accommodation assignment
The Management reserves the right to assign the house number of the accommodation unit at its discretion.
It is possible to indicate a preference, which can be confirmed subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
The house number of the accommodation unit can be chosen as long as the arrival coincides with the conditions for that unit type (e.g. Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday).
It is only possible to book the house number of an accommodation unit for bookings made by 31 October 2023 and under the following conditions:
- minimum stay
- 30 nights for pitches
- 14 nights for accommodation units (Holiday Home, Mobile Home, Room Beach)
- the price for the house number booking is
- €100 during low season
- €200 during high season (between 1 July and 30 August).
Application fees will not be deducted from the final bill.
For bookings made after 31 October 2023, the house number cannot be booked.

Pitch booking with ACSI or ADAC
If you book at a reduced price with an ACSI or ADAC card, you will be able to choose from our popular Garden and Standard pitches; Belvedere pitches at extra charge.
Minimum stay 2024
The terms of reservation with the minimum stay for the 2024 will be as follows:
- from 22/04 to 18/05 & 14/09 to 14/10 2 nights
- from 18/05 to 15/06 3 nights
- from 15/06 to 13/07 & 31/08 to 14/09 5 nights
- from 13/07 to 31/08 7 nights (from Saturday till Saturday)
Villa Beach and Mobile home Brioni – till 15/06 and from 07/09 – min stay is 5 nights; from 15/06 – 07/09 min. stay is 7 nights from Saturday till Saturday
Various types of pitches have different minimum stay then the one stated above.
Departures for pitches by 12 noon
Departures for accommodations by 10 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of the booked period notified through certified mail, e-mail, or fax:
- 10 days before the arrival day (for the period of stay from 06/07 till 31/08/24 will result in the refund of the whole advance payment, but not of the booking expenses.
- 7 days before the arrival day (except period of stay 06/07-31/08/24) will result in the refund of the whole advance payment, but not of the booking expenses.
If the cancellation occurs 10 or 7 or fewer days (depending on the period of stay) before the arrival day the advanced payment will be considered as a penalty for disrespecting the contract and therefore no refund can be claimed.
Cancellation of online bookings
Bookings made directly on our web site can be cancelled up to 7 days before your arrival for free.
Terms of payment
Payments are made on the cash desk of the holiday centre in euros or with credit cards.
Tourist tax
Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.
The tourist tax is
- 1,50€ per person per day for accomodation in mobilhomes, Room Beach and in campsite
- 1,60€ per person per day for apartments.
Persons from 12 to 18 years old pay 50% of the tourist tax.
Registration fee
Registration fee 1,50€, paid only the first night per person is not included in price.
