Booking and cancellation conditions

Rental terms

To rent an accommodation unit or a pitch, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made by e-mail, phone or directly on our web site.

To confirm the reservation a payment in advance will be requested in the amount of ca. 30% of the total amount along with the booking fee. Payment terms and conditions are sent after booking. Upon the receipt of the deposit, the confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the guests.

Quick links

Arrival behind schedules must be announced to BiVillage Holiday Centre as soon as possible and however, as for the anticipated departures, the booked period must be fully paid.

Minimum stay 2025

The terms of reservation with the minimum stay for the 2025 will be as follows:

  • From April 17 to May 17 and from September 13 to October 13: minimum stay of 2 nights.
  • From May 17 to June 14: minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • From June 14 to July 12 and from August 31 to September 13: minimum stay of 5 nights.
  • From July 12 to August 30: minimum stay of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday).
  • Ville Beach and Lodge Deluxe Sea View:
    • Bookable only until June 14 and from September 13 to closing with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
    • From June 14 to September 13, they can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

Various types of pitches may have different minimum stay requirements.

  • Departure times:
    • For pitches: by 12:00 noon.
    • For accommodations: by 10:00 am.


 Booking Conditions 2025

The Management reserves the right to assign or change the accommodation or pitch number based on needs.

It is possible, by paying, to reserve a specific number of pitches, but not for accommodation.

  • Cost of reserving a specific pitch number
    (non-refundable):
    • €100 for stays with arrivals between the opening and June 30, and between September 1 and closing.
    • €200 for stays with arrivals between July 1 and August 31.


Preferences will be noted in the system, but they are not guaranteed, and the Management reserves the right to assign or change the accommodation or pitch number if necessary.

Pitch booking with ACSI or ADAC

If you book at a reduced price with an ACSI or ADAC card, you will be able to choose from our popular Garden and Standard pitches; Belvedere pitches at extra charge.


Cancellation Conditions 2025

Cancellations or booking modifications must be made in writing via registered letter, fax, or email.

  • Cancellation deadlines:
    • Between the opening and June 30: at least 10 days before arrival.
    • Between July 1 and August 31: at least 15 days before arrival.
    • From September 1 to closing: at least 10 days before arrival.

If the cancellation or modification is made within the indicated deadlines, the full deposit will be refunded, excluding administrative fees.

If the cancellation is not communicated within these deadlines, the entire amount paid will be retained as a penalty, with no refund. The valid date will be the postmark for letters or the receipt date of the fax or email.

Cancellation of online bookings

Bookings made directly on our web site can be cancelled up to 7 days before your arrival for free.

Terms of payment

Payments can be made by 4 December by bank transfer

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.

The tourist tax is

  • 1,50€ per person per day for accomodation in lodges, Room Beach and in campsite
  • 1,60€ per person per day for apartments.

Persons from 12 to 18 years old pay 50% of the tourist tax.

Registration fee

Registration fee 1,50€, paid only the first night per person is not included in price.
