Before setting up the dates, check the booking conditions for the minimum stay in 2027.

Booking and cancellation conditions

Rental terms

A reservation must be made in advance for the rental of accommodation units or pitches. Reservations can be made by e-mail, telephone or directly through our website.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount, including the reservation fee, will be required. Payment terms will be sent after the reservation has been made. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation confirmation will be sent to the guests.

Quick links

Any delayed arrival must be communicated to BiVillage as soon as possible. Early departures or late arrivals in relation to the reserved period must be paid in full.

Minimum stay 2025

The terms of reservation with the minimum stay for the 2025 will be as follows:

  • From April 17 to May 17 and from September 13 to October 13: minimum stay of 2 nights.
  • From May 17 to June 14: minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • From June 14 to July 12 and from August 31 to September 13: minimum stay of 5 nights.
  • From July 12 to August 30: minimum stay of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday).
  • Ville Beach and Lodge Deluxe Sea View:
    • Until June 14 and from September 13 to closing bookable with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
    • From June 14 to September 13, they can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

Various types of pitches may have different minimum stay requirements.

Exceptional Stays
In high season the minimum stay is 7 nights and some accommodations have specific arrival and departure days: from Saturday to Saturday, from Sunday to Sunday, from Friday to Friday or in the free zone.

Minimum Stay 2027

The booking conditions with minimum stay requirements for 2027 are as follows:

Accommodation (Holiday Home and Lodge)

  • 22.04. – 15.05. and 11.09. – 10.10. → minimum stay of 2 nights
  • 15.05. – 12.06. → minimum stay of 3 nights
  • 12.06. – 10.07. and 28.08. – 11.09. → minimum stay of 5 nights
  • 10.07. – 28.08. → minimum stay of 7 nights (arrival and departure days are predetermined depending on the accommodation)

Camping (Pitches)

  • 22.04. – 05.06. and 11.09. – 10.10. → minimum stay of 3 nights
  • 05.06. – 10.07. and 28.08. – 11.09. → minimum stay of 5 nights
  • 10.07. – 21.08. → minimum stay of 7 nights (arrival and departure days are predetermined depending on the pitch)

Special Pitch Stays (High Season, Minimum 7 Nights)

Special Stays
During the high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights and, for some pitch types, specific arrival and departure days apply: Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to Sunday, Friday to Friday or within the free zone.

  • Arrivals and departures exclusively on Fridays
    • Belvedere Pitch
  • Arrivals and departures exclusively on Sundays
    • Premium Sea View Pitch
    • Premium Sea Breeze Pitch
    • Deluxe Pitch
  • Arrivals and departures exclusively on Saturdays
    • Belvedere Plus Pitch
  • Flexible arrivals and departures (free zone)
    • Garden Pitch
  • Departure time
    • Pitches: by 12:00 noon
    • Accommodation units: by 10:00 a.m.

Booking Conditions 2027

Management reserves the right to assign or change the number of the accommodation unit or pitch according to organizational requirements.

A specific pitch number can be reserved for an additional fee (this service is not available for accommodation units).

The cost of the pitch number reservation service (non-refundable) is €150 – €300, depending on the season and pitch type.

Preferences are recorded in the system but cannot be guaranteed. Management reserves the right to change them if necessary.

Reservations with an ACSI Card

With the special ACSI rate, it is possible to reserve a Garden Pitch (price €25.00 from 22.04.2027 to 19.06.2027 and from 04.09.2027 to 10.10.2027).

Belvedere Pitches are available with an additional charge of:

  • €8.00 from 22.04.2027 to 15.05.2027 and from 25.09.2027 to 10.10.2027
  • €10.00 from 15.05.2027 to 19.06.2027 and from 11.09.2027 to 25.09.2027
  • €12.00 from 04.09.2027 to 11.09.2027

Cancellation Conditions 2027

Cancellations must be made in writing (by registered letter or e-mail).

  • Cancellation deadlines:
    • Season opening – 30.06. → at least 10 days before arrival
    • 01.07. – 31.08. → at least 15 days before arrival
    • 01.09. – season closing → at least 10 days before arrival

👉 If the cancellation is made within the applicable deadline, the deposit will be refunded.
👉 If the cancellation is not made within the applicable deadline, the amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
👉 The relevant date is the postal stamp date (for letters) or the date on which the e-mail is received.

Taxes and Fees

Tourist tax (not included in the price):

  • €1.60 per person/day
  • Children/young people aged 12 to 18 → 50%

In accordance with Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette NN 19/22, 59/23), complaints regarding the quality of our services may be submitted in writing to:
