Booking and cancellation conditions
Rental terms
To rent an accommodation unit or a pitch, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made by e-mail, phone or directly on our web site.
To confirm the reservation a deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount, including the booking fee will be required. The payment terms and conditions will be sent after booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation confirmation will be sent to guests.

Arrival behind schedules must be announced to BiVillage Holiday Centre as soon as possible and however, as for the anticipated departures, the booked period must be fully paid.
Minimum stay 2025
The terms of reservation with the minimum stay for the 2025 will be as follows:
- From April 17 to May 17 and from September 13 to October 13: minimum stay of 2 nights.
- From May 17 to June 14: minimum stay of 3 nights.
- From June 14 to July 12 and from August 31 to September 13: minimum stay of 5 nights.
- From July 12 to August 30: minimum stay of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday).
- Ville Beach and Lodge Deluxe Sea View:
- Until June 14 and from September 13 to closing bookable with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
- From June 14 to September 13, they can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
Various types of pitches may have different minimum stay requirements.
Exceptional Stays
In high season the minimum stay is 7 nights and some accommodations have specific arrival and departure days: from Saturday to Saturday, from Sunday to Sunday, from Friday to Friday or in the free zone.

Minimum stay 2026
The terms of reservation with the minimum stay for the 2026 will be as follows:
Accomodation (holiday home and lodge)
- 23/04 – 16/05 and 12/09 – 10/10 → minimum 2 nights
- 16/05 – 13/06 → minimum 3 nights
- 13/06 – 11/07 and 29/08 – 12/09 → minimum 5 nights
- 11/07 – 29/08 → minimum 7 nights (arrival and departure days are predefined depending on the accommodation type)
Campsite (pitches)
- 23/04 – 05/06 and 12/09 – 10/10 → minimum 3 nights
- 06/06 – 03/07 and 29/08 – 11/09 → minimum 5 nights
- 07/07 – 28/08 → minimum 7 nights (arrival and departure days are predefined depending on the accommodation type)

Booking Conditions 2026
The Management reserves the right to assign or change the number of the accommodation unit or pitch according to organizational needs.
It is possible, with a surcharge, to reserve a specific pitch number (service not available for accommodation units).
Cost of reserving a specific pitch number (non-refundable): €150 – €300, depending on the season and pitch type.
Preferences are recorded in the system but cannot be guaranteed. The Management reserves the right to modify them if necessary.

Pitch Reservations with ACSI Card
It is possible to book at a special rate a Garden Pitch (price €23.00 for the period from 23.04.2026 to 13.06.2026 and from 05.09.2026 to 10.10.2026).
Belvedere Pitches are available with an additional charge of:
- €6.00 from 23.04.2026 to 16.05.2026 and from 26.09.2026 to 10.10.2026.
- €8.00 from 16.05.2026 to 30.05.2026 and from 12.09.2026 to 26.09.2026.
- €10.00 from 30.05.2026 to 13.06.2026 and from 26.09.2026 to 09.12.2026.
Cancellation Conditions 2026
Cancellations must be made in writing (registered letter or e-mail).
- Cancellation deadlines:
- Opening – 30/06 → at least 10 days before arrival
- 01/07 – 31/08 → at least 15 days before arrival
- 01/09 – closing → at least 10 days before arrival
👉 If the cancellation occurs within the terms, the deposit will be refunded (excluding administrative fees).
👉 If cancellation is not made within the deadlines, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
👉 The reference date will be the postmark (letters) or the date of receipt (e-mail).
Taxes and Fees
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
- €1.50 per person/day → Lodges, Room Beach, and campsite
- €1.60 per person/day → Apartments
- Children/youth aged 12–18 → 50%
Notice of how to file a complaint
In accordance with Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette NN 19/22, 59/23), complaints regarding the quality of our services may be submitted in writing to:
