Zu diesem Zweck erwartet BiHoliday von allen, die im Arbeitskontext des Unternehmens t\u00e4tig sind, wie Mitarbeiter, Unternehmensf\u00fchrung, Mitglieder der sozialen Organe und\/oder Gesch\u00e4ftspartner, dass sie Informationen \u00fcber die Verletzung von:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Geltenden Gesetzen und Vorschriften;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethikkodex;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System der Befugnisse und Delegationen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internen unternehmensinternen Regelungen (Verfahren f\u00fcr Gesundheit und Sicherheit sowie andere interne Richtlinien und Verfahren usw.) melden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus diesem Grund hat BiHoliday interne Meldewege f\u00fcr Verst\u00f6\u00dfe und Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten (Handlungen und\/oder rechtswidriges Verhalten, die das \u00f6ffentliche Interesse oder die Integrit\u00e4t des Unternehmens beeintr\u00e4chtigen) implementiert, die die Vertraulichkeit der Identit\u00e4t der Meldenden und der Informationen im Bericht sowie ihren Schutz vor m\u00f6glichen Repressalien gew\u00e4hrleisten.
