"Healthy Holiday"
This year SAMCARD include in it novelty, the Conditionig.
This conditioning is a path, sourrounded by pine trees, consisting of equipment for physical training.
The work out trough the use of this tools is suitable to the physical preparation of all sports.
During the path, there will be organized lessons from 9.00 am to 12,00 pm, where all holders of Samcard will have free access.
The partecipants will be devided based on fitness level and age.
