At the moment of arrival in our holiday center, there is an obbligatory registration of all the persons in arrival, children as well included, by presenting the personal identity card or passport. After registration, one document is to be left at the reception for all the time you are staying in the village.

Upon the registration, all the guests receive the confirmation of their stay in the republic of Croatia, as well as a ticket called "PASS" with belonging number of registration, name and the number of their unit or camping pitch.

You will need your "PASS" for use of the swimmingpools, animation programm and other facilities in the village, and at the same time is an identification of all the guests. It has to be presented by paying the bill, by making a reservation or any other alteration concerned the stay, by boosting the keys, renting the safe, and in every office of our village.

By the registration guests receive also a chip for opening the gates, and the same is valid till the last day on your registration.

After being registered, the reception office personnel will direct the guests of the camp to the pitches, by accompaniment if necessary. By the arrival without the reservation, the guests will be informed about the availability in the camp and helped finding a pitch or suggested another solution.

Guests of the apartments and mobile homes are due to come in the information office to pick up the keys of the units, presenting their camping pass.

By the departure, the chip for the car has to be returned to the reception office by presenting the bill and the confirmation ticket of the performed controll. At the same time, the documents left at the reception are going to be returned to its owners.
